Child and Family Solutions (CFS) employs trained counselors, social workers, and clinicians that specialize in treating individuals with Autistic Spectrum Disorders such as Autism, Pervasive Developmental Disorders, and Asperger’s Disorder. The clinicians at CFS understand the unique challenges individuals on the Autistic Spectrum live with everyday and implement various positive behavior supports to assist these clients to achieve the best possible social functioning. CFS’s team of Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST) workers will provide quality, individualized treatment to each client by working in the client’s home, school, and community to help them reduce problem behaviors and increase their functional life skills. Therapists at CFS focus treatment on social skills, coping skills, replacement behaviors, emotion identification and regulation, transitions, and age appropriate interactions. The Autism Treatment Program at CFS includes treatment for the whole family, including parent support groups and sibling support groups. CFS mental health workers are a dedicated group of trained professionals that will work with you and your family to help promote appropriate social behavior.
